Job description

We are opening a position for a Senior Program Manager to strengthen our client’s team based in Geneva. This role is part of a large-scale transformation program focused on modernizing telephony systems across the organization, requiring close coordination with multiple stakeholders and parallel initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and engage stakeholders, including senior leadership

  • Oversee the operational execution of the different implementation streams

  • Monitor overall progress and provide regular reporting on the program status

  • Collaborate closely with other program managers, project managers, and delivery teams

  • Identify interdependencies and anticipate integration-related risks

  • Ensure alignment between program activities and strategic objectives

  • Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams

  • Maintain quality standards and ensure timely delivery of outputs

Job requirements

  • Higher education degree, ideally at Master’s level or equivalent

  • Proven track record in program or project management with successful deliveries

  • Ability to quickly grasp complex environments and topics

  • Strong balance between strategic vision and attention to detail

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across both technical and business teams

  • High resilience and ability to perform under pressure

  • Experience in telephony systems such as Genesys (or others)

  • Experience with telephony or contact center solutions is a plus

  • Fluency in French and English
