This renowned programming school based in Lausanne offers a unique training focused on practical learning and intensive training in a professional environment.
As a partner of this school, we regularly conduct interview and resume workshops, and allow young interns to have their first experience in a company.
In this way, we support their innovative approach to education and their efforts to train the developers of tomorrow.
DAKAR SACRÉ COEUR PROJECT
In 2022, we launched a project in partnership with the Senegalese sports association Dakar Sacré Coeur with a very important social dimension: the integration of women in African society.
The objective of this project is to transmit our knowledge and expertise through continuous and progressive training for the women of the association and the territories. By involving Sword employees, this training plan covers many topics related to IT, but not only. It takes place in a hybrid way with remote sessions animated by our collaborators but also during a bi-annual visit to Dakar.
