How we hire
1 . First phone contact
During the first call, let our recruiter get to know you and your background to verify your potential fit with Sword Services . This is also a chance for you to ask initial questions about the role and the company.
2: Phone/Visio interview
This is an opportunity to discuss your background. To highlight your human factors, and to develop a fruitful collaboration too. Logic and reflection tests can be proposed during this step.
3: Show us your skills
We want to see your practicality by giving you a task related to what you would do in the position. This could be a presentation on your chosen field, an assessment of your language skills or a coding assignment.
4: Final interview
You have reached the very last step! You will be meeting your future team and can get the full picture.
