Job description

We are opening a position for a Product Analyst – Retail to reinforce our client’s team based nearshore. This role will focus on supporting the development, deployment, and optimization of retail digital solutions within an international environment. The position requires working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure business needs are translated into technical solutions and that deployments are effectively executed across various markets.

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams for retail initiatives.

  • Perform business analysis, including process mapping, interviews, and documentation of current and future workflows.

  • Lead retail-related projects or sub-streams within broader global deployment programs.

  • Plan and coordinate rollout activities, including boutique infrastructure setup and onsite support.

  • Drive requirement gathering, gap analysis, and design documentation, ensuring alignment with program milestones.

  • Oversee cutover activities and post-rollout hypercare to ensure timely resolution of issues.

  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve integration challenges involving SAP, POS, and GK systems.

  • Maintain clear documentation, dashboards, and reports to track project progress.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.

  • Solid experience with SAP Retail (interfaces, SD order management, pricing, finance integration, UI5/Fiori).

    • SAP SD order management, pricing, finance integration

    • SAP UI5 and Fiori Launchpad (functional knowledge)

    • SAP & POS interface integration

  • Strong expertise with GK POS: installation, configuration, troubleshooting.

  • Experience with inventory management tools (e.g., Sovia) and EFT terminal deployment.

  • Familiarity with cutover plans, hypercare methods, and incident resolution processes.

  • Knowledge of ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) for incident and change management.

  • Strong communication, requirement gathering, and negotiation skills.

  • Excellent organizational abilities, stress management, and proven ownership of project outcomes.

  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
