Job description

We are opening a Power Platform Administrator position to strengthen the team of our client based in Geneva. This role sits within a structured IT environment and focuses on ensuring the reliability, governance, and secure operation of Microsoft Power Platform environments used by business teams. The position combines day-to-day platform administration with monitoring, governance, and close collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain Power Platform environments (development, testing, production) in line with internal standards

  • Manage environment configuration, security roles, and user access through Microsoft administration tools

  • Supervise Dataverse instances, including capacity management and storage monitoring

  • Define, implement, and enforce data governance and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies

  • Monitor Power Apps and Power Automate workflows, analyze incidents, and coordinate resolution activities

  • Set up dashboards, alerts, and key indicators to track platform health and usage

  • Oversee license allocation, analyze consumption, and identify optimization opportunities

  • Monitor Microsoft roadmap updates and assess their impact on existing solutions and governance

Job requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience within the Microsoft ecosystem, including proven Power Platform administration

  • Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, and solution lifecycle management

  • Solid understanding of Dataverse concepts, data models, and security mechanisms

  • Hands-on experience with governance frameworks and DLP policy management

  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services and Entra ID for identity and access management

  • Awareness of compliance, data protection, and regulatory requirements

  • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and business stakeholders

  • Autonomous, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset
