Job description
We are opening a position for a Junior Data Analyst – Medical Platform Operations to strengthen the team of our client based in Nyon. This role is part of the deployment and operation of a platform dedicated to the management of medical data, with a strong focus on data quality, reliability, and structuring to support analytical activities and research.
Job Responsibilities
Contribute to data collection and flow within the platform and associated reporting activities
Perform regular validation, consistency, and data cleaning checks
Identify anomalies (missing data, inconsistencies, outliers) and coordinate their correction with stakeholders
Participate in documenting data management rules, field definitions, and operational procedures
Prepare reliable and usable datasets for analytical teams
Support platform testing phases, especially on data entry, validation rules, and output quality
Contribute to continuous improvement of data management and quality processes
Actively collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a changing environment
Job requirements
Bachelor's degree (minimum) or Master's degree in health sciences, data science, statistics, epidemiology, or equivalent field
First experience (internship, apprenticeship, or junior position) in data management, administration, or research support
Keen attention to detail and strong focus on data quality and reliability
Good personal organization and ability to follow processes rigorously
Communication skills to effectively handle data-related requests
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel) and knowledge of at least one data processing tool (R, Python, SQL, SPSS, or equivalent)
Interest in sports, health, or research-related environments (an asset)
Fluency in English (French and/or German is an advantage)
