Job description
We are opening a position for a Systems Architect to strengthen the team of our client based in Bern. Our client, a public organization in agile transition, working in the field of digital and employability, is looking for an additional resource to support an existing project.
Responsabilities
Develop architectures (e.g., system architectures) within the CEBA project, primarily using the Innovator modeling tool and the Archimate modeling language.
Ensure the quality of architecture implementation.
Develop architectural guidelines.
Create and review security documents (such as ISDS concepts) and evaluate requests regarding network zones and port openings.
Gather, analyze, and evaluate business and technical requirements of specialized applications for the standard workplace (office automation, data communication, infrastructure, and security services).
Review and improve work processes and information flows.
Develop business requirements and business cases.
Prepare and follow up on meetings (preparation of decisions, technical and financial clarifications).
Update planning documents such as the master plan, release planning, and product standards.
Support departments in creating requirement specifications considering ergonomic system requirements.
Develop specific bases for creating project mandates.
Gather, verify, and document the needs and expectations of organizational units; develop solution proposals, architectures, and decision bases based on the gathered requirements.
Process change requests and prepare the corresponding decision bases for further actions.
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders and present the results of this communication.
Job requirements
Experience in M365 environments of large organizations.
Proficiency in German.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proven experience in project management and coordination.
Familiarity with agile methodologies.
