M365 IT Architect

We are opening a position for a Systems Architect to strengthen the team of our client based in Bern. Our client, a public organization in agile transition, working in the field of digital and employability, is looking for an additional resource to support an existing project.

Responsabilities

• Develop architectures (e.g., system architectures) within the CEBA project, primarily using the Innovator modeling tool and the Archimate modeling language.

• Ensure the quality of architecture implementation.

• Develop architectural guidelines.

• Create and review security documents (such as ISDS concepts) and evaluate requests regarding network zones and port openings.

• Gather, analyze, and evaluate business and technical requirements of specialized applications for the standard workplace (office automation, data communication, infrastructure, and security services).

• Review and improve work processes and information flows.

• Develop business requirements and business cases.

• Prepare and follow up on meetings (preparation of decisions, technical and financial clarifications).

• Update planning documents such as the master plan, release planning, and product standards.

• Support departments in creating requirement specifications considering ergonomic system requirements.

• Develop specific bases for creating project mandates.

• Gather, verify, and document the needs and expectations of organizational units; develop solution proposals, architectures, and decision bases based on the gathered requirements.

• Process change requests and prepare the corresponding decision bases for further actions.

• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders and present the results of this communication.

• Experience in M365 environments of large organizations.

• Proficiency in German.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proven experience in project management and coordination.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
