Job description
To strengthen our team in Geneva, we are looking for a DevOps Engineer.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in implementing Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) solutions across hybrid deployment environments. You will ensure the seamless integration of security controls in line with architectural specifications, while working closely with teams across different geographies.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for both on-premise (primarily Bamboo) and AWS-based applications (using CloudFormation and CodePipeline).
Integrate security measures into CI/CD workflows and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) components.
Validate the implementation of security elements as defined in architectural blueprints.
Document implementation and validation processes for all security-related components.
Collaborate with geographically distributed teams, including offshore development and operations teams, to ensure alignment and delivery.
Contribute to the modernization of legacy systems and support cloud migration initiatives.
Job requirements
Graduate degree in Computer Science or a related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and practices.
Strong experience with AWS CloudFormation and CodePipeline.
Proficiency in Java, JUnit, and Maven.
Familiarity with DAST/SAST tools such as SonarQube and Fortify.
Working knowledge of Tomcat, Wildfly, and Apache.
Demonstrated experience working in multi-location teams and coordinating with offshore resources.
Fluent in English; French is a plus.
Relevant certifications, such as:
AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional or Associate
DevOps Engineering on AWS
PRINCE2® Foundation
ITIL Foundation
