Job description

We are looking for a Data Office Project Manager to strengthen the team of our client based in Nyon. Operating in a highly demanding industrial environment, the company is accelerating its digital transformation and is seeking an experienced professional to lead information system transformation initiatives, support application portfolio rationalization, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate Data Office and IT transformation projects involving multiple business and technical stakeholders.

  • Drive application portfolio rationalization initiatives by identifying redundancies, assessing optimization opportunities, and supporting strategic decisions.

  • Ensure project deliverables and technology choices align with enterprise architecture principles and target operating models.

  • Define and maintain project governance frameworks, including steering committees, reporting, risk management, and decision tracking.

  • Develop and manage integrated project plans, ensuring alignment on milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and resources.

  • Collaborate closely with business teams, architects, and technical experts to translate business needs into actionable transformation roadmaps.

  • Monitor project progress, risks, and performance indicators while providing clear and structured communication to stakeholders and leadership.

  • Support change management activities to facilitate adoption, knowledge transfer, and long-term success of transformation initiatives.

Job requirements

  • Proven experience managing complex IT, Data, or Digital Transformation projects in large-scale organizations.

  • Strong understanding of information systems transformation, application portfolio management, and organizational change initiatives.

  • Experience working with enterprise architecture teams and contributing to strategic technology decisions.

  • Solid business analysis capabilities with the ability to translate business requirements into delivery plans and measurable outcomes.

  • Strong project governance, stakeholder management, communication, and executive reporting skills.

  • Certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent is considered a strong asset.

  • Familiarity with project portfolio management and governance tools is highly desirable.

  • Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
