Job description

We are opening a Business Analyst position to strengthen the team of our client, in Geneva. You will be part of an IT department focused on delivering and evolving interconnected digital services within a large-scale digital transformation environment.

Responsibilities of the role

  • Analyze and document business processes related to digital platforms and transactional systems

  • Produce clear functional specifications (user stories, use cases, data flows, etc.)

  • Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable requirements

  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience

  • Actively contribute to Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement, prioritization)

  • Facilitate collaboration between business and technical teams to ensure proper solution delivery

  • Lead and participate in user acceptance testing to validate deliverables against expectations

  • Support project teams in selecting and applying tools that enable efficient solution delivery

Job requirements

  • University degree in IT, management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in business analysis within IT integration or digital transformation projects

  • Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies and best practices

  • Experience working in Agile environments (e.g., Scrum); certifications are a plus

  • Proficiency in process modeling and documentation tools (UML, user stories, process flows, etc.)

  • Experience working on complex, data-driven initiatives

  • Ability to define and monitor KPIs and quality metrics for delivered solutions

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken

  • Certification in Business Analysis or Business Process Modelling, such as CBAP or other IIBA certification

  • Certification in Product Management, such as CPOA or PSPO.
