You will act as a key point of contact for users and technical teams, contributing to incident resolution, operational monitoring, application support, and the smooth coordination of production activities.

  • Investigate production incidents and system defects, reproduce technical problems, and implement or coordinate corrective actions such as data fixes and configuration changes.

  • Carry out regular production activities, system checks, scheduled operations, and data analysis while ensuring compliance with established procedures.

  • Work closely with business users, technical teams, and external service providers to investigate issues, validate solutions, and maintain service continuity.

  • Participate in testing activities associated with application enhancements, fixes, and new releases, and confirm that implemented solutions operate as expected.

  • Maintain and improve operational documentation, user guides, knowledge articles, and support procedures.

  • Contribute to the automation, optimization, and security of operational processes and production schedules, with particular attention to system reliability and data integrity.

  • Experience with application monitoring and with designing or improving processes to automate and streamline operational activities; AWS experience is an advantage.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to remain effective when handling critical issues under pressure and to work both independently and collaboratively.
