Copilot/M365 Adoption Specialist

Job description

We are opening a position for a Digital Experience Adoption Specialist to strengthen the team based in Geneva. The main goal of this role is to lead and support the adoption of M365 Copilot and related technologies, while contributing to digital transformation and enhancing the overall user experience within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a phased adoption strategy for digital tools, tailored to the needs of different departments.

  • Design and deliver engaging online training sessions using adult learning principles.

  • Create diverse learning materials such as guides, videos, and e-learning modules (e.g., Articulate Rise).

  • Act as a change ambassador, fostering user adoption of new digital ways of working.

  • Monitor adoption and engagement metrics, collect feedback, and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Provide regular reports to leadership on adoption progress and suggest improvement measures.

  • Promote digital accessibility and integrate inclusive practices into training and adoption initiatives.

  • Contribute to additional projects aimed at strengthening digital maturity and collaboration.

Job requirements

  • Strong expertise in M365 end-user services (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Microsoft Office).

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft AI tools (Copilot, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Citizen Development).

  • Solid background in instructional design and adult learning theory.

  • At least 5 years of experience in digital adoption and change management, including 2+ years with e-learning tools (Articulate Rise or similar).

  • Proven ability to deliver interactive virtual training sessions.

  • Excellent command of English (C1 level required); French is considered an asset.

  • Familiarity with GDPR and data protection principles.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in multicultural and international environments.
