Job description

We are opening a Technical Project Manager position to strengthen the team of our client based in Geneva. In this customer-facing role, you will support the coordination and delivery of a portfolio of enterprise applications for a major international organisation. Working alongside technical experts, senior stakeholders and customer representatives, you will help ensure the efficient delivery of IT services while contributing to continuous operational improvements in a multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities across multiple technical teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, milestones and deliverables.

  • Support the planning and execution of production releases while monitoring risks, dependencies and follow-up actions.

  • Assist in the operational management of business-critical applications, ensuring incidents, service requests and operational issues are resolved efficiently.

  • Monitor service performance against agreed SLAs and KPIs, contributing to service quality improvements.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customer representatives, ensuring clear and timely communication.

  • Prepare operational reports, service review presentations and coordinate communications during incidents or planned maintenance.

  • Organise governance meetings and maintain project documentation, action logs and risk registers.

  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying process optimisation opportunities and supporting the adoption of Service Management best practices.

Job requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in IT Project Management, Application Management or Service Delivery.

  • Proven experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams and working with enterprise applications.

  • Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic operational environment.

  • Good understanding of IT Service Management principles; ITIL Foundation certification is an advantage.

  • Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, cloud fundamentals, Change & Release Management, SDLC and Agile methodologies is desirable.

  • Customer-oriented mindset with a collaborative, proactive and structured approach to work.

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure, learn quickly and contribute effectively within an international team.
