Job description
We are looking for a Senior Technical Analyst / Business Analyst with strong expertise in Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
Key Responsibilities
Legacy System Management
Support and maintain existing systems, including Lotus Notes, while preparing for future migrations or upgrades.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with business users, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment on requirements and deliverables.
Data Integration
Ensure efficient integration of CLM and CRM systems with other enterprise applications.
Regulatory Compliance
Adapt systems and workflows to meet evolving regulatory requirements within the financial services sector.
Process Optimization
Identify inefficiencies in current processes and propose improvements to enhance user experience and operational performance.
Change Management
Support the transition from legacy systems to modern platforms with minimal disruption.
Expected Tasks
System Analysis and Support
Analyze and document existing CLM and CRM workflows to identify improvement opportunities.
Provide technical support for Lotus Notes applications, ensuring stability and performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CLM and CRM systems.
System Enhancements and Development
Develop and customize CLM and CRM systems to meet business needs.
Support the migration of legacy systems, including Lotus Notes, to modern platforms.
Ensure all enhancements comply with the organization’s IT architecture and standards.
Testing and Quality Assurance
Define and document test plans and scenarios in collaboration with business and IT teams.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure system changes meet expectations.
Collaboration and Coordination
Act as a liaison between business and IT teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, provide updates, and resolve issues.
Process Optimization
Identify opportunities to streamline and automate CLM and CRM processes.
Propose and implement solutions to improve system efficiency and user satisfaction.
Job requirements
The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting and enhancing CLM and CRM applications, ensuring their seamless integration with business processes, and contributing to ongoing transformation initiatives. Solid knowledge of Lotus Notes is a major asset, as the role involves working with legacy systems while supporting the transition to modern platforms. This position requires a combination of technical proficiency, business insight, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Lotus Notes

Experience with modern CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics
Knowledge of data migration tools and techniques
