Job description

We are opening a position for a Microsoft Power Platform Developer to strengthen our client’s team based in Geneva. This role is key in designing and implementing tailored Power Platform solutions that streamline business processes and support digital transformation initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design and develop applications using Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents), including data models, user interfaces, business logic, and security settings.

  • Integrate Power Platform applications with other Microsoft ecosystems such as Azure, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and Teams.

  • Apply DevOps practices (CI/CD, automated testing) to enhance software quality and development efficiency.

  • Manage source code, build pipelines, and release processes with tools like Azure DevOps or GitHub.

  • Ensure compliance with security standards, including data protection and role-based access control.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power Platform solutions.

  • Contribute to process improvement by identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency.

Job requirements

  • Proven experience developing with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents).

  • Solid understanding of software development principles and best practices.

  • Knowledge of integrating Power Platform solutions with Microsoft services (Azure, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Teams).

  • Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Azure DevOps, GitHub).

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Familiarity with information security concepts and role-based access management.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.

  • Strong communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
