Job description
We are opening a position for a Project Manager to strengthen our client's team based in Berne. This project aims to modernize the coordination of the annual report on State treaties, currently managed manually and fragmented. The goal is to analyze, standardize, and digitize this process by implementing a centralized IT solution to improve efficiency, quality, and transparency.
Job Responsibilities
Lead the project applying the HERMES methodology
Supervise all expected deliverables throughout the project
Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement
Define target processes for digitization
Coordinate stakeholders involved in the project
Manage the collection and formalization of requirements
Support the implementation of a centralized digital solution
Job requirements
Proven experience in project management in complex IT environments
Previous experience in the public sector is a plus
Skills in process analysis and stakeholder coordination
Experience in digitalization initiatives
Knowledge of document management systems, such as GEVER, is an asset
Proficiency in the HERMES methodology is appreciated
