Technical Change Manager – Digital Workplace / Modern Workplace

Job description

We are opening a Technical Change Manager position to strengthen the team based in Geneva. This role is part of a broader transformation of digital workplace environments, with a strong focus on modernizing end‑user workstations and driving the adoption of Microsoft solutions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead change management initiatives within complex and strategic IT projects

  • Support users and stakeholders throughout all phases of the transformation

  • Ensure effective coordination between business teams and technical teams (infrastructure, workplace, support)

  • Translate and simplify technical impacts to make them understandable for end users

  • Design and roll out tailored communication strategies and adoption plans

  • Organize training initiatives and prepare users for upcoming changes

  • Contribute to project meetings, workshops, and governance bodies

  • Monitor adoption KPIs, anticipate resistance, and propose corrective actions

Job requirements

  • Proven experience in change management applied to technical IT projects

  • Strong knowledge of Digital Workplace environments and end‑user tools

  • Ability to interact with technical stakeholders while maintaining a user‑centric approach

  • Excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder management capabilities

  • Ability to work independently and engage multiple stakeholders around shared objectives

  • Comfortable working in transformation contexts involving Microsoft tools (O365, Intune, etc.)

  • Experience in international environments is considered an asset

  • Solid overall understanding of technical challenges without requiring deep infrastructure expertise

  • Full professional proficiency in English is mandatory
