Job description
We are opening a position for a Systems Infrastructure Engineer to strengthen the team of our client based in Geneva. The selected professional will support both operational and project-oriented activities to ensure the stability, security and performance of complex server environments, as well as contribute to the evolution of the infrastructure.
Responsabilities
Oversee continuous monitoring, optimisation and high-availability of servers and associated services.
Manage and upgrade server environments, including performance supervision and capacity planning.
Diagnose and resolve system incidents escalated by internal users.
Maintain technical documentation, operational processes and security guidelines.
Administer access control mechanisms, certificates, reverse-proxy systems and participate in disaster-recovery planning.
Support CI/CD practices and coordinate with external partners for operational and project activities.
Participate in the architecture, deployment and integration of new infrastructure components.
Job requirements
Solid experience with reverse-proxy platforms and certificate lifecycle management.
Strong expertise in Linux systems administration and scripting.
Very good understanding of core web protocols and technologies (HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS, PHP).
Practical experience with Elasticsearch and monitoring ecosystems.
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
