Senior Technical Business Analyst

We are opening a Business Analyst position to strengthen our client's team based in Geneva.
This role is part of the operational support and ICT development services that contribute to the administration and management of the system of our client.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and corresponding solution designs to generate individual action tickets; clarify any ambiguities through close collaboration with business stakeholders and solution designers.

• Verify that the implications of proposed changes are accurately integrated into process and data models, resolving any inconsistencies or missing information.

• Draft both functional and non-functional specifications required for implementation in accordance with the target architecture.

• Act as liaison between business units, stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure accurate and relevant input for business analysis activities.

• Review and validate outcomes of analysis tasks with relevant parties.

• Participate in functional and business-level testing activities to ensure alignment with business requirements.

• Contribute to quality assurance procedures, including the design and execution of test scenarios.

• Support communication and documentation efforts in line with project standards.

• Solid technical background with understanding of IT system design and functionality.

• Hands-on experience with technologies such as Java and Oracle.

• Familiarity with service-oriented architectures and web-service-based solutions.

• Previous involvement in Agile or Scrum-based development environments; proficiency in tools like Jira and qTest.

• Demonstrated experience in quality assurance and test execution processes.

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

• French language skills are considered a valuable asset.
