Job description

We are opening a position for a Senior Business Analyst to strengthen our client’s team based nearshore. This role is part of a strategic program focused on deploying a common IT platform that connects multiple international digital services. The position involves contributing to the design, implementation, and monitoring of platform features while also supporting project managers in the execution of program initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Analyze and document business processes related to registration and payment systems, in collaboration with users and internal experts.

  • Produce clear and detailed functional specifications, including use cases, data flow diagrams, and process flow diagrams.

  • Identify and recommend process improvements to optimize user experience and foster integration across applications.

  • Actively participate in project delivery teams working under agile methodologies to build platform components.

  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and developers to ensure requirements are well defined, communicated, and implemented.

  • Take part in sprint planning sessions and agile ceremonies on a regular basis.

  • Support and coordinate user acceptance testing to ensure alignment with functional specifications and quality standards.

  • Contribute to the implementation of tools and techniques to accelerate software delivery.

Job requirements

  • University degree in IT, Management, or a related discipline (advanced degree desirable).

  • Professional certification in Business Analysis (CBAP or IIBA) or Product Management (CPOA, PSPO) is an asset.

  • Over 10 years of experience in Business Analysis within IT integration and digital transformation projects.

  • Solid expertise in agile methodologies, ideally with SCRUM Master or Product Owner certification.

  • Advanced skills in documenting processes and workflows with industry-standard tools.

  • Proven ability to monitor and measure project deliverables against KPIs and quality benchmarks.

  • Experience mentoring colleagues in Business Analysis practices.

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, with a collaborative team mindset.
