Job description
We are opening a position for a SAP Ariba Expert to strengthen our client’s team based in Geneva. This role involves implementing and optimizing procurement solutions within SAP ECC and Ariba, with a strong focus on integration and supplier collaboration.
Configure and customize SAP ECC Procurement modules for both direct and indirect procurement needs.
Implement and optimize Ariba Buying and Guided Buying solutions for indirect procurement.
Develop and manage integrations between Ariba Buying and SAP ECC.
Design and implement interfaces between SBN-SCC and SAP ECC, including both Portal and Machine-to-Machine modes.
Define and document technical specifications for procurement integration solutions.
Ensure smooth collaboration with suppliers using digital platforms and automated processes.
Support procurement teams by providing expertise on SAP and Ariba functionalities.
Work in an international and complex environment, ensuring alignment with business requirements
Job requirements
At least 10 years of experience in SAP/Ariba implementation projects, ideally in a global context.
In-depth knowledge of SAP ECC Procurement processes, technical, direct and Indirect:
Configure and customize SAP ECC.
Ariba Buying / Guided Buying implementation experience (indirect)
Knowledge of interfaces Ariba Buying – ECC
Knowledge of interfaces SBN-SCC – ECC, in Portal mode and Machine to Machine mode.
Design integration solutions and write technical specifications
Knowlegde in Procurement flows in general (indirect & Direct Procurement processes and stakes, Vendor collaboration processes for both Direct & Indirect)
Knowledge on Principles of Supplier collaboration functionalities trough Platforms and Machine to Machine
Methodology : Knowledge and experience on Agile methodology is a plus
Professional proficiency in English; French is a plus for stakeholder interactions.
Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and drive results in a complex environment.
