Job description
Mission: As part of the Data&IA IT Product Team will support the roll-out of a new solution. This professional will be the Reltio power-user that understands how to bridge the gap between complex data models and seamless business automation using Workato.
Main Responsabilities:
Lead the design and implementation of Reltio, L3 configurations, match/merge rules, survivorship logic, and UI layouts
Design and implement complex data models, crosswalks, and hierarchies
Oversee and participate to the development, integration, and data pipelines using Reltio Integration Hub and APIs
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project team
Support Data migration and testing
Support and Maintenance: Manage platform operations, performance, releases, and issue resolution
Collaboration: Work closely with Data Engineers, Business Analyst, providers and Business Stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications that leverage Reltio’s capabilities
Job requirements
3-5 year of professional experience in Reltio MDM (entities, crosswalks, match rules, survivorship, workflows)
Strong understanding of MDM concepts, data quality, and governance
Experience with API integrations, ETL/ELT, SQL, and cloud platforms (Azure/Fabric)
Knowledge of SQL Server MDS (legacy system) (plus)
Experience with Agile (SAFe) Framework (plus)
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team-leadership skills
Analytical, problem-solving mindset
Proactive and autonomous in troubleshooting contexts
Availability to re-locate to Geneve
Fluent in English
Fluent in French (plus)
