Job description
We are opening a position for a Microsoft Support technician Level 3 to strengthen the team of our client based in Geneva. Youwill support the efficient management of Microsoft 365 services, ensuring smooth operations, effective issue resolution, and alignment with organizational standards and governance policies.
Responsabilities
Oversee and maintain the Microsoft 365 tenant and its associated services.
Develop, document, and update operational procedures, coordinating with internal support units and external service providers.
Deliver third-level support for user requests, incidents, and problem resolution related to Microsoft 365 tools.
Investigate and resolve complex issues in Microsoft 365 applications such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
Conduct in-depth troubleshooting for connectivity and synchronization problems within the M365 ecosystem.
Administer security and compliance configurations, ensuring alignment with organizational policies.
Contribute to the definition and enforcement of governance rules, including data retention policies and eDiscovery configurations.
Support service migrations and system upgrades within the Microsoft 365 environment.
Liaise with Microsoft support to address escalated incidents and implement corrective recommendations.
Provide technical guidance to both central and regional IT teams regarding acquisition and operation of IT solutions.
Job requirements
At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing Microsoft 365 services.
Proven track record of implementing similar solutions within large-scale organizations.
Strong preference for candidates with experience working with Microsoft Azure.
Holding professional certifications in Microsoft technologies is considered an asset.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver customized training sessions to diverse user groups.
