Job description

We are opening a position for an ICT Medical Implementation Expert to strengthen the team of our client based in Nyon. This role is part of an IT and business environment related to medical and preventive activities, with a strong focus on coordination, deployment of digital solutions, and user support at international events.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the maintenance and evolution of a portfolio of IT solutions dedicated to medical activities

  • Contribute to the implementation of projects on the roadmap and ensure their successful completion

  • Support the adoption of tools by users (onboarding, training, operational support), including on-site during events

  • Gather business requirements and formalize them into functional specifications for technical teams

  • Facilitate workshops and follow-up meetings to ensure good communication among stakeholders

  • Ensure that solutions meet the requirements and expectations of business teams

  • Collaborate with external partners and vendors while ensuring a high level of service quality

  • Identify potential risks and bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions

Job requirements

  • Proven experience in managing IT solutions applied to the medical or anti-doping field.

  • Demonstrated skills in project coordination and management of IT solution portfolios.

  • Ability to support users during the integration and deployment of new tools, including on-site.

  • Mastery of collecting and formalizing business needs for technical translation.

  • Excellent communication and meeting facilitation skills with diverse stakeholders.

  • Experience in collaborating with external partners and suppliers to ensure service quality.

  • Proficiency in English is required.
