Job description

We are looking for a Copilot Adoption Specialist to join our team, focusing on driving the successful adoption of Microsoft Copilot across the organization. This role is key in helping users understand the value of Copilot, addressing adoption barriers, collaborating with the service desk for technical issues, and continuously measuring and improving user adoption and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

User Engagement & Training

  • Act as the primary point of contact for business users adopting Copilot.

  • Conduct workshops, demos, and Q&A sessions to showcase real-world use cases.

  • Create tailored user guides, FAQs, and quick-start resources for different roles and teams.

Adoption & Change Management

  • Partner with project teams to ensure Copilot adoption aligns with business goals.

  • Identify adoption challenges and proactively address resistance to new technology.

  • Promote success stories and best practices to encourage broader usage of Copilot.

Support & Coordination

  • Work closely with the service desk to ensure timely resolution of user issues.

  • Escalate recurring problems to IT or engineering teams for deeper resolution.

  • Maintain a feedback loop between users, support teams, and product owners to improve the experience.

Measurement & Reporting

  • Define and track KPIs, such as activation rates, usage trends, and user satisfaction.

  • Develop adoption dashboards and provide regular insights and reports to leadership.

  • Recommend and implement remediation actions if adoption targets are not met.

Continuous Improvement

  • Collect feedback to improve training, support resources, and overall user experience.

  • Stay updated on new Copilot features and the product roadmap to keep users informed.

  • Collaborate with IT, HR, and business units to expand Copilot adoption.

Job requirements

  • Soft skills are critical: Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

  • Proven experience in change management, user training, or technology adoption programs.

  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and AI productivity tools.

  • Ability to analyze adoption metrics and translate them into actionable improvements.

  • A problem-solving mindset with experience coordinating across business and IT teams.
