Job description
We are opening a position for a Campaign Product Owner to strengthen our client’s team in Europe. This role is key to driving digital fan engagement initiatives, coordinating technical integrations, and optimizing user journeys across a large-scale digital ecosystem. You will act as a technical consultant, supporting marketing and business teams to deliver impactful campaigns and improve attribution and communication strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning and execution of digital engagement campaigns, ensuring seamless delivery and data capture using tools such as Qualifio.
Manage technical integrations, including AppsFlyer, to guarantee accurate attribution tracking and smooth data flows for mobile applications.
Coordinate deep link migration across development and marketing teams to maintain uninterrupted user experiences.
Provide technical guidance for email and push notification campaigns using Braze, aligning with business objectives and personalization strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CRM, tech, content, design) to ensure timely and high-quality campaign launches.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and recommend improvements based on actionable insights.
Actively participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, daily stand-ups) and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external partners in a distributed, international environment.
Job requirements
Proven experience in digital product ownership, campaign management, or similar technical roles.
Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Hands-on experience with tools such as Braze, Qualifio, and AppsFlyer, including deep linking strategies and mobile app integrations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a passion for UX best practices.
Fluent in English (spoken and written); experience working in international teams is a plus.
Knowledge of the Sports industry is a plus
