Business Analyst

We are opening a Business Analyst position to strengthen the team of our client based in Geneva. The assignment is part of an innovation-focused unit dedicated to identifying business needs, exploring new technologies, and developing impactful prototype solutions. The consultant will work closely with both business and technical teams to support the design and implementation of solutions based on the Microsoft Power Platform, while also exploring opportunities in automation and AI-enabled tools.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to gather requirements from users and stakeholders.

• Translate business needs into clear specifications, user stories, and functional documentation.

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and user experience through Power Platform solutions, automation, and AI-driven tools.

• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements.

• Contribute to prototyping and proof-of-concept initiatives.

• Define acceptance criteria and support user acceptance testing processes.

• Provide structured documentation on requirements, specifications, and solution feasibility.

• Report on process improvement opportunities and innovation potential.

• University degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in business analysis for IT applications and process optimization.

• Strong knowledge of low-code/no-code platforms, especially Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).

• Ability to capture business needs and convert them into actionable requirements.

• Experience in facilitating workshops and communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Comfortable working in agile, iterative environments with tight deadlines.

• Excellent command of English

• Familiarity with JIRA, testing tools, relational databases, or AI-enabled applications is desirable.
