Business Analyst

We are opening a position for a Business Analyst to strengthen our client’s team in Geneva. The role focuses on analyzing business processes, proposing improvements, and supporting the specification and implementation of new solutions, particularly through low-code/no-code platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform.

Job Responsibilities

• Review and assess existing business processes to identify opportunities for greater efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.

• Gather, document, and clarify business requirements in close collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders.

• Translate functional needs into clear, actionable specifications for IT development teams.

• Work closely with business representatives and actively facilitate workshops and discussions.

• Contribute to the definition and validation of acceptance criteria for IT systems and applications.

• Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Support iterative development cycles within an agile environment, ensuring deadlines are met.

• At least 2 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT application development or improvement projects.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is highly valued.

• Solid track record in defining system requirements and acceptance criteria.

• Experience in business process optimization and workflow analysis.

• Strong skills in conducting interviews and gathering user feedback.

• Involvement in the design process of IT solutions.

• Excellent command of English; knowledge of another UN language is an asset.

• Prior experience with legacy systems and established workflows is a plus.
