Job description

We are opening a position of Business Analyst specializing in Salesforce to strengthen the team of our client based in Geneva.

This role focuses on managing the backlog of RUN/BCI change requests.

  • Oversee and prioritize the backlog of RUN and BCI change requests to ensure alignment with business needs.

  • Collaborate with developers and system architects to analyze, document, and implement change requests.

  • Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams within the Salesforce and IDIT ecosystems.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and ensure alignment with industry best practices.

  • Support application performance monitoring and troubleshooting using tools such as ELK/Kibana.

  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for both Salesforce and IDIT platforms.

  • Participate in testing and validation phases to ensure the successful implementation of changes.

  • Ensure accurate documentation of requirements, configurations, and system changes.

Job requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in the insurance sector.

  • Solid understanding of Salesforce and IDIT platforms; prior experience with insurance systems is essential.

  • Background in Computer Science or Engineering.

  • Proficiency in Java development and knowledge of application monitoring tools (e.g., ELK/Kibana).

  • Ability to analyze and structure complex technical and business information.

  • Comfortable working in agile, fast-paced environments.

  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
