Job description
We are opening a position of Business Analyst fluent in German and specializing in Change Management to strengthen the team of our client based in Berne.
Responsabilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and identify areas for improvement.
Analyze current processes and systems to recommend and implement changes for optimization.
Write specifications and requirements.
Develop and maintain documentation (in german) related to change management processes and procedures.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of changes.
Conduct workshops, training sessions and support to end-users to facilitate smooth transitions.
Create documents in German using Word and PowerPoint.
Ability to provide user support and guidance.
Job requirements
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst
Significant experience in Change Management
Proficiency in German or Swiss German
Familiarity with MS 365 / Power Platform
