Job description
Sword Group is seeking an experienced Account Manager dedicated to Central & Eastern Switzerland to strengthen our sales team. In this key role, you will drive the end-to-end business development of Sword Group’s activities in the region, working with some of the most prominent organizations.
Your Main Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for your clients, building and nurturing long-term relationships.
Manage and develop an existing portfolio of key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and growth.
Proactively identify and acquire new clients, expanding Sword’s presence in the region.
Continuously generate new business opportunities by defining effective sales strategies and presenting compelling project proposals.
Lead client meetings to understand and qualify their IT needs, collaborating closely with business area managers when required.
Work in close partnership with Sword Group teams (pre-sales consultants, business unit directors, bid management, and recruitment teams) in Switzerland, as well as with our nearshore and offshore centers when appropriate.
Job requirements
Degree from an engineering or business school.
Proven experience in IT, with a successful track record as an Account Manager in the sector (minimum 4–5 years).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, high energy, and a strong sense of service and quality.
Genuine interest in new technologies and IT innovation.
Eagerness to continuously develop your skills and stay ahead in a fast-evolving environment.
Enjoy working within a multidisciplinary team that supports your success.
Native Swiss-German and/or German speaker; French and/or English is a strong asset.
