Job description

To strengthen the teams of our client based in Geneva, we are looking for a User Admin Assistant.

Responsabilities

  • Knowledge of identity lifecycle management in AD and EntraID

  • Supporting end users in French and English languages is required, both oral and written

  • Working and supporting with a ticketing tool, including managing ticket and task lifecycles, understanding SLA target times and ITIL processes such as incident, change and request management.

Tools:

  • Microsoft Technologies: Entra ID, Intune services, Conditional Access Policies

  • Microsoft Client OS: Windows 10, Windows 11

  • Networking: TCP/IP Configuration, Ethernet, Firewall, VPN, Wireless Networking

  • Client VPN: Zscaler VPN services

  • Apple iOS

  • IT Service Management: JIRA Service Management or prior knowledge working with a ticketing system

Job requirements

  • Secondary education or technical school combined with formal professional training in IT.

  • 3 years of providing 1st/2nd level technical support to end users;

  • 3 years of working experience Microsoft 365 services and Windows 10/11;

  • 3 years of experience managing Entra ID, Active Directory services and Conditional Access policies;

  • 1 year provisioning and troubleshooting Apple mobile devices;

  • Prior experience in an international organization is a plus.

  • ITIL Foundation certification

  • English speaking, french is a plus.
