Job description
We are opening a position for a Senior Project Manager to strengthen our client's team based in Geneva. This position is part of an agile implementation of Salesforce, where simultaneous management of scope, time, and resources is essential. The hired person will need to provide regular reporting to the project management office and demonstrate solid experience in change management.
Job Responsibilities
Oversee all project management phases related to Salesforce
Closely collaborate with business stakeholders and executives
Implement change management strategies
Organize and coordinate quality assurance activities
Ensure tracking and reporting to the project management office
Foster team engagement in an agile environment
Contribute to continuous process improvement
Job requirements
Minimum 7 years of professional experience in Salesforce architecture management and product leadership, including digital transformation strategies and enterprise systems
Proficiency in managing human and financial resources
Proven experience in an international context
Confirmed skills in managing high-level stakeholders
Ability to collaborate with multicultural teams, in-person or remotely
Experience in drafting project plans and associated documentation
Mastery of change management methods
Skills in facilitating workshops, presenting to executives, and managing change in a decentralized organization
Fluency in English
